The Strategic Connection LLCsm (TSC) will employ business practices that promote honesty and integrity, thus its employees and Associates are expected to meet certain levels of ethical conduct. All who want to become an Associate are expected to conduct themselves in an honest, professional and ethical manner, therefore, we require that each Associate read and abide by this Code of Ethics and acknowledge this on the Application. I, the Associate, do hereby pledge that I will: Conduct my business in a manner that will enhance my reputation, create goodwill and show respect for my customers, the businesses of our Associates and for TSC. Conduct my business with integrity and honesty with attention to all communications either, written or oral, with customers and other Associates so as to create value and gain respect. Conduct my business in an honest and fair manner when performing as a seller or reseller of products and services or as an Associate of TSC. Conduct my business in a positive and courteous manner during the daily management of my business and my dealing with TSC and its Associates and all customers. Conduct my business so as to fulfill my responsibilities, if any, and as required by my business or marketing plans, to training and support employees in my sales organization to ensure knowledgeable customer service. Conduct my business in the assigned geographical area and agree to refer business to other TSC Associates outside my area, either on a compensated or uncompensated basis as defined by normal business practices, applicable laws or contractual arrangement. Conduct my business to assure compliance with all applicable TSC Policies to prevent disruption of services. Refrain from making any misrepresentations, verbal warranties or guarantees, undocumented, unproven, or false claims or misleading statements about my business products and services or TSC or its business plan. Refrain from engaging in any deceptive, unethical or illegal practice in violation of any international, country, provincial, territorial, federal, state, county, and/or local laws, regulations or legal statues that may apply.
By Signing the Associate Application, I hereby certify that I have read, understand and agree with and will abide by the Code Of Ethics contained therein. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all my financial and/or legal obligations incurred by me during the daily operation of my business and will hold TSC blameless for any dispute arising because of my conduct or business activities. If any of the foregoing is not fully enforceable for any reason, the remainder shall nonetheless continue to apply.
